Pricing

The Little Art House costs £65 per night plus a one-off cleaning fee of £30 per booking.

Our minimum booking periods are:

• 2 nights from 1st October 2025 to 27 March 2026.

• 3 nights from 28 March 2026 to 31 October 2026.

We offer a 10% discount for bookings of 7 nights or more, and a discount of 15% for bookings of 21 nights or more.

Deposits

A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid at least two weeks before the arrival date.

Cancellation policies

If you cancel more than two weeks before your booked arrival date you can either roll over your payment or receive a full refund. 

If you cancel within two weeks of your booked arrival date, 50% of the amount paid will be retained unless The Little Art House can be re-let.  In that case, the remainder of your payment will be refunded in full, less a £10 administration fee.

Arrival & Departure

We kindly ask you to arrive no earlier than 3pm on your arrival day and vacate the property by 10am on your departure day.  This gives us the time we need to deep clean The Little Art House before our next guests arrive.
